Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, unaltered, and in their original condition.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If your product is verified to be damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, YARDORA will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required.

Custom-cut or made-to-order products and sample packs are final sale except in cases of verified damage, defects, or fulfillment errors.
