These Terms of Service govern your use of YARDORA.com and purchases made from YARDORA.

By accessing YARDORA.com or placing an order with YARDORA, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Online Store Use
You may use YARDORA.com only for lawful purposes.
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the website in violation of applicable laws.
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect YARDORA, our customers, our systems, or other users.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, pile heights, specifications, colors, photographs, availability, and other product information accurately.
Artificial grass is a manufactured product and its appearance may vary slightly because of:
• Lighting conditions.
• Screen and monitor settings.
• Production batches.
• Pile direction.
• Yarn orientation.
• Normal manufacturing tolerances.
• Viewing angle.
Minor variations that do not materially affect normal product performance are not necessarily defects.
If color, texture, pile height, or appearance is particularly important to your project, we recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a large quantity.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and determining whether a product is suitable for their intended project.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices displayed on YARDORA.com are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price displayed during checkout when an order is placed is the price applicable to that order, subject to correction of obvious technical, typographical, or pricing errors.
Applicable taxes and shipping or freight charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout where required.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by YARDORA.
Full payment is required before an order is shipped unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed to by YARDORA.
We may cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including when:
• A product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be verified or completed.
• Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
• The delivery address is outside our supported shipping area.
• We are otherwise unable to fulfill the order.
If YARDORA cancels an order that has already been paid, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Measurements and Product Selection
Customers are responsible for confirming:
• Measurements.
• Quantities.
• Product dimensions.
• Color.
• Pile height.
• Project requirements.
• Installation requirements.
before placing an order.
We recommend allowing appropriate material for trimming, seams, waste, and project-specific installation requirements.
YARDORA is not responsible for incorrect measurements or product selections made by the customer unless incorrect information was provided by YARDORA.
6. Standard and Custom-Cut Products
Standard products are products sold in established sizes or configurations that have not been altered specifically for an individual customer.
Artificial grass that is cut, trimmed, sized, prepared, or otherwise customized specifically for an order may be considered a custom-cut or made-to-order product.
Custom-cut and made-to-order products may have different return and cancellation restrictions because the product has been prepared specifically for the customer's order.
Return and cancellation eligibility is governed by the current YARDORA Refund & Return Policy.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping areas, estimated delivery times, order processing times, delivery methods, freight procedures, shipping charges, and delivery requirements are described in the current YARDORA Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by:
• Carrier schedules.
• Freight availability.
• Weather.
• Holidays.
• Customer availability.
• Incorrect delivery information.
• Events outside YARDORA's reasonable control.
Large artificial grass rolls may be delivered by freight carrier.
Where freight delivery applies, delivery may be curbside and may not include unloading, installation, placement inside a property, or white-glove service.
Customers should not schedule installers, contractors, or other project work until the complete order has been delivered and inspected.
8. Product Inspection
Customers should inspect artificial grass as soon as practical after delivery and before cutting or installation.
If you believe that a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@yardora.com promptly.
Do not cut, install, glue, seam, or otherwise alter artificial grass after discovering a potential defect, shipping damage, or shipment discrepancy.
Cutting or installing a product after a visible issue has been discovered may affect YARDORA's ability to investigate the claim.
9. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, refunds, return shipping responsibilities, damaged-product claims, non-returnable products, custom-cut products, and sample packs are governed by the current YARDORA Refund & Return Policy published on YARDORA.com.
Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with that policy.
YARDORA does not charge a restocking fee on eligible standard-product returns.
Standard-product orders may be canceled at no charge before shipment.
Custom-cut or made-to-order products may be canceled at no charge before cutting or customization begins. Once cutting or customization has begun, they may no longer be eligible for cancellation or return for change-of-mind reasons.
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind returns.
YARDORA is responsible for reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because of a verified YARDORA error, defective product, incorrect product, or shipping damage.
The Refund & Return Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
If a general statement elsewhere on the website conflicts with the Refund & Return Policy regarding a return, cancellation, or refund, the current Refund & Return Policy controls.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, appears defective, or differs from what was ordered, customers should contact:

as soon as possible.
Customers may be asked to provide:
• Order information.
• Photographs.
• Packaging photographs.
• A description of the issue.
• Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim.
When a claim is verified, YARDORA may provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution.
11. Product Warranties
Certain YARDORA artificial grass products include an 8-Year Limited Warranty.
Warranty coverage applies only where specifically stated for the applicable product.
Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and available remedies are governed by the warranty terms applicable to that product.
A warranty claim is separate from an ordinary product return.
Nothing in these Terms expands or limits warranty coverage beyond the applicable written warranty or rights that cannot legally be limited.
12. Installation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, YARDORA sells artificial grass products and does not provide installation services.
Customers are responsible for:
• Proper site preparation.
• Measurements.
• Base preparation.
• Drainage.
• Cutting.
• Seaming.
• Fastening.
• Infill where appropriate.
• Installation methods.
• Compliance with applicable building codes, property rules, HOA requirements, or local regulations.
Improper installation may affect product performance and may also affect warranty coverage where stated in the applicable warranty.
13. Promotions, Sales, and Discount Codes
Promotional offers, sale prices, discount codes, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms stated with the applicable promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Promotions may apply only to selected products, sizes, customers, or orders.
• Promotions may have stated start and end dates.
• Discount codes must be entered correctly before checkout is completed when a code is required.
YARDORA may modify or discontinue promotional offers as permitted by applicable law.
Any discount applied to an order will be reflected before payment is completed.
14. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The YARDORA name, trademarks, logos, website design, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, text, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to Nexus Flow Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, copied, modified, or commercially used without permission except where permitted by applicable law.
15. Third-Party Services
YARDORA.com may use or link to third-party services, including:
• Payment processors.
• Shipping carriers.
• Analytics providers.
• Marketing platforms.
• Social media services.
• Other technology providers.
Use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
YARDORA is not responsible for the independent operation of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
16. Website Availability and Errors
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and available website services, but we do not guarantee that YARDORA.com will always operate without interruption or error.
We may correct:
• Typographical errors.
• Incorrect product information.
• Pricing errors.
• Inventory errors.
• Technical errors.
when discovered.
If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexus Flow Inc. and YARDORA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
YARDORA may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The current version will be published on YARDORA.com with the applicable updated date.
Changes apply prospectively except where otherwise required by law.
