YARDORA 8-Year Warranty

YARDORA stands behind the quality of its artificial grass products. Artificial grass products specifically identified on YARDORA.com as including an 8-Year Warranty are covered by the terms below.

This warranty is provided by YARDORA, a brand operated by Nexus Flow Inc.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the original date of delivery and continues for 8 years.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase from YARDORA.

2. What This Warranty Covers

Subject to the terms and exclusions below, this limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in eligible YARDORA artificial grass products under normal residential or commercial use, including:

Manufacturing defects in the artificial grass fibers.
Manufacturing defects that cause abnormal separation or failure of the backing.
Premature fiber deterioration caused by a verified manufacturing defect.
Excessive or abnormal color degradation caused by a verified product defect under normal outdoor exposure.
Other material manufacturing defects that significantly impair the normal intended use of the product.

Minor variations in color, texture, pile direction, density, or appearance that are normal characteristics of artificial grass manufacturing are not considered defects.

3. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This limited warranty does not cover damage or deterioration caused by:

Normal wear and tear associated with ordinary use.
Improper installation, preparation, cutting, seaming, fastening, infill application, or maintenance.
Improper base construction, grading, drainage, or ground preparation.
Excessive heat, fire, grills, hot objects, or reflected sunlight from windows or other reflective surfaces.
Misuse, abuse, vandalism, accidents, sharp objects, machinery, vehicles, or excessive loads.
Damage caused by digging, chewing, or other destructive animal behavior.
Paint, oil, solvents, petroleum products, harsh chemicals, pesticides, or other incompatible substances.
Flooding, earthquakes, storms, fire, or other events outside YARDORA's reasonable control.
Mold, mildew, odor, or drainage problems caused by installation conditions, inadequate drainage, improper maintenance, or the underlying surface.
Products that have been modified or used for a purpose materially different from their intended application.
Cosmetic changes that do not materially affect the performance of the artificial grass.

Normal exposure to pets when the product is used and maintained as intended does not by itself void this warranty.

4. Installation and Labor

This is a product warranty only.

Unless required by applicable law, this warranty does not cover:

Installation labor.
Removal or disposal of existing artificial grass.
Reinstallation costs.
Landscaping or site preparation.
Contractor charges.
Damage to surrounding property.
Loss of use or other incidental expenses.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your YARDORA artificial grass has a defect covered by this warranty, contact us at:

Please provide:

Your name and order number.
Proof of purchase.
The product name and size.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the affected area.
Photographs showing the overall installation where relevant.
The approximate date the issue was first noticed.

Please contact YARDORA promptly after discovering a potential warranty issue.

YARDORA may request additional photographs, information, product samples, or reasonable access to inspect the affected product before approving a claim.

6. Warranty Remedy

If YARDORA determines that a product has a defect covered by this warranty, YARDORA may, at its option and as appropriate to the verified claim:

Repair the affected product;
Replace the affected product or affected portion with the same or a reasonably comparable YARDORA product; or
Provide an appropriate refund or store credit for the affected product.

Replacement products may vary slightly in color or appearance from the original product because of normal differences between manufacturing batches and product availability.

Any replacement or remedy provided under this warranty does not restart the original 8-year warranty period.

7. Relationship to Returns

This warranty is separate from YARDORA's standard Refund & Return Policy.

A product that is no longer eligible for a standard return may still qualify for warranty coverage if it has a verified defect covered by this warranty.

8. Limitations

This warranty applies only to YARDORA products expressly advertised as carrying the 8-Year Warranty.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
